Delicata Squash Seeds

This listing is for one pack of delicata squash, containing 20 seeds for planting. Delicata squash is incredibly delicious and easy to cook, whether cut up into slivers and baked with parmesan cheese and olive oil, or used in roast vegetable salads. The skin softens when cooked, making it that much easier to prepare! It's super similar to pattypan squash, and pairs well with acorn squash, or zucchini. Plant seeds after danger of frost, and the soil is warm, in spring. Directly sow 5-6 seeds 1 inch deep in a hill, and harvest roughly 105 days later.
