Vintage Studios skirt with elastic back band and half zipper. It is pretty stretchy at the waist, but fit my (wide) hips snuggly which wasn’t what I had wanted. I would say it’s true to size for a x-large if you like a form fitting top for a skirt or would fit flowy and loose on a large. No holes or rips, slight wear on the zipper itself and the waistband has some wrinkles.
