Delicate burgundy top in great condition

Beautiful top in a gauzey material with rouched top and flouncy bottom with a tie in the back. Material is slightly sheer with two layers front and back. Top has a pretty lace material that provides a nice accent so it can be worn dressed up or cute with a pair of jeans. Bought at Anthropologie, brand is Sweet Pea.
