Delicates Y2k / vintage size medium white / black jacket

Delicate size medium made in Hong Kong draped garment is white with beautiful black embroidery appliqué in the front and on the top shoulders the jacket does have shoulder pads that are non-removable and an inside button to hold the jacket in place ( which is unnoticeable from the outside of the jacket) along with the outside decorative button, this can be worn as a blazer a jacket, a cardigan, a bathing suit cover-up with jeans, shorts, capris a dress skirt it’s a universal piece. The workmanship of this garment is marvelous. It is an excellent condition. It is recommended to hand wash and drip dry. The garment is extremely flowing when you walk if unbuttoned, it’s extremely comfortable lightweight if you have any questions, let me know.
