nada808 @hollylung I checked tracking too and online it told me unable to deliver because no one was available, but I was home all day and postal officer didn't come to door. Contacted post office they said package wasn't delivered because additional postage was needed before pickup and I had to bring in notice that they left in mailbox. Went to mailbox and found this :(.

nada808 @hollylung okay so the post office called me back saying that you used a home depot box? instead of a priority shipping box. For those boxes they charge a different fee for weight. They're sending you back the package and posh said you can request for another label to reship.
