Delusional brand dress / tunic. Size medium

Delusional brand dress / tunic with deep V neckline both front and back. Cinched by elastic under chest. Very stretchy. Size medium, but elastic would likely allow someone who fits into a large to wear as well. Lots of give in the fabric. Vintage! I bought this for my sister 15 or so years ago and she never wore it, so “brand new” vintage without tags. Could be worn as a tunic or dress depending on height and how long you like dresses to be.
