Here’s a great little top in chambray blue tencel with lovely dark blue embroidery accents on bottom ruffle and sleeve ruffles. Neckline is elastic and can be worn on or off shoulders. Sleeves are 3/4 style. Measurements; front length 20”; back length 24”; sleeve length 18”; pit to pit 20”. Gently worn excellent condition.
