Democracy Embellished Neckline Navy Pullover Sweater Ribbed Puff Sleeves

This sweater from Democracy is soft and comfortable, but dressed up with just the right amount of sparkle. It’s a soft polyester/rayon blend, with long puff sleeves and a rounded neckline. The sleeves are lightly ribbed while the neckline is accented with different size rhinestones. Size 1X, the chest is approx 23” across and the length is about 27”. Very good preowned condition, no rips or stains.
