H45* Democracy blouse with small blush and tan flower print. Ruffled neckline and button down. Lightweight, see through material. Long sleeve with embroidery and elastic cuffs. Measures shorter at the front at 26.5 inches, back 30 inches, and bust (armpit to armpit) 21 inches. One thread pulled at the front, not noticeable, otherwise great condition.
