Democracy Floral Sheer Peplum Blouse Womens Large

This darling, Democracy brand, floral blouse is nearly new, and is in excellent condition. Originally purchased at The Boston Store, it is a peplum style top with a crocheted trim and flutter sleeves. The fabric is somewhat sheer, so a solid, neutral-colored tank top or camisole worn underneath will provide the perfect amount of coverage. This top is a women's large; and the fabric feels and appears to be polyester. Sorry, no tags.
