Denby-Langley, Baroque Footed Covered Sugar Bowl

Beautiful Denby England Baroque lidded and footed sugar bowl vintage (1992- 2000) stoneware made in England. Pre-owned Multi-colored pattern on Cobalt blue. The nob style handle on the lid is a lighter mix of blues. Inside of the base/bowl is white Holds roughly 8oz or 1 cup of sugar. Measures approximately 3” tall without lid and 5” tall with the lid on. The opening at the top of this piece measures approximately 3 1/4” wide. Beautiful artwork outside with art nouveau, old English styling. Condition flaws include some scratches on the outside most visible when held under light an example is shown in the photos above. The lid has a manufacturer flaw in the glaze where the color skipped. This flaw can be felt if you run your fingers along the lid, feel like a small indent in the stoneware. This is shown in the above photos. Would work well with dark blue kitchen decor or boho styling. Use in the kitchen to hold sugar or other items such as tea or spices. Up Cycle this piece as a trinket holder for change or earrings, or as bathroom decor to hold cotton balls, or or others small items. Please examine photos closely for condition.
