I've been the only owner and it has been very well cared for in a smoke/pet free house. MEASUREMENTS: The length from the nape of the neck to the hem is 40". From the front of the neck to the hem is 38". The smallest area of the synched waist is 30". The arm length from the shoulder to the cuff is 21". And the circumference at the hem is 40"
