Adjustable overall straps The tag inside says it’s for a size 12 to 13 yrs girl. When I research this, I found it would fit an XL (14-16). See measurements Please waist measurement across is: 13”. From top of strap to bottom hem measures: 30”. But could be adjusted for a smaller length if you tightened up the overall straps. Inseam measures: 2” Very Good Condition!🥰
