Denim Cutoffs from Italy

Love these shorts that I bought in Italy a couple years ago. No longer fit. Beautiful details like the cluster of beading on the right pocket and the multicolor lace lining and pockets that peek out from under the hem. Size says “M” but they run very small. Please go by the approximate measurements given: waist 14.5” and hips 16.75”.
