divamycloset @leidypink The handles are brown, the same color as the flip over clasp. The measurements are top to bottom 7 inches (does not include handles). The inside width is 23 inches (stretched straight). As you see the bag curves. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. ; )
