The dress is new without a tag. It was not worn at all, but it was washed because I intended to wear it. It has a thick fabric and it is not stretchy at all It is size XS, but the mannequin is a standard size S. I also wear size S, but because it is not stretchy, I have an issue with the waist button that opens every time when I bend over.
