Denim dress tunic to dress up or down

This looks much better in person !!! Spanish brand Tonalá, known for its prints, but this piece is made in a kind of soft, light, denim-like fabric. Polyester lining. The tag says it's a XL, but it's a Spanish size, which makes it a US L or 12, and could fit a 10, because it's quite fitted, and the sleeves are relatively short. Total length (shoulder to hem): Approx. 38'' Width (armpit to armpit): Approx. 18'' In excellent condition, worn twice at business meetings.
