arronln Hi @meshell70. Yes the skirt has some stretch. Its made of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Let me know if you have other questions.

arronln Hi @meshell70. I don't think it would be a good fit. I'm a 10 right now and its snug to the point that the side pockets pucker. I thibk it would be ideal for aomeone a size 8. SORRY! I do have a couple of other size 12 items in my closet including a two-piece brown suit. Let ke know if you'd like me to tag you on that item for easy referencing.
