Denim pleated dress w/ collar & sparkle embroidery

I love this dress but my daughter would not wear it! It has little metal buttons, metallic sparkle embroidered roses, a fabric tie belt, pleated skirt, collar for Hampton’s style popping and a pretty soft blackish-blue denim material for comfort level. It’s 24M for good for a 2T or even a petite 3T like my little. It was a hand me down from a friend, so worn by her daughter a handful of times, but never worn by us and washed in great condition!
