It helps assure that you can be comfortable wearing this skirt anywhere without feeling like you’re showing too much if that’s a concern <3 Tag says size 9 but best fits a 3-5 Model is a 27” waist and I’d say this could fit to a 29” because it does have some stretch Waist flat - 13 1/2” Length front- 10 1/2” Length back- 13 1/2”
