ejh_closet I added some new photos to show you my measurements. I wasn't sure how to measure the bust (since this is sleeveless) so I wanted to show you how I came up with these measurements. The length from the shoulder to the bottom is 18 1/2". The length from the collar to the bottom is almost 21". The width from just below the armpit To the other armpit is 23 3/4". The length from the sleeve opening is 15 and 1/4". It seems to me to fit pretty much like a typical 18/20 women's from Cato.

ejh_closet @luzmcdougall it is an adult size 18/20 which is considered a 2X. If you look through all of my photos, you will see the actual measurements. If you are a 2X, I think it should fit. If you are a 2X/3X, you could still wear it but you probably would not be able to button it.
