This is an ornament that's a miniature version of Department 56 Dickens Village Mill building. It is a porcelain ornament that can light up by inserting the cord end into a light string. Model number is 56.98766 and it's around 4" long and 3-3/4" tall. Brand new in original box and packaging. I've tested it to ensure it lights up, but otherwise it has not been used.
