New in box exclusive village piece made for the 10th anniversary of the National Council of Department 56 Collectors Clubs. Named for Jack Skeels who originally envisioned an umbrella organization to link local clubs. This is a 2 piece set with the Victorian building and the accessory piece “Is it raining?” The box is not in color. It is brand new, never displayed. It could be displayed with the Dickens Village, New England, or Christmas in the City or as a stand alone piece. Buildings cannot be bundled due to size and weight
