Dept 56 Mail Box / Fire Hydrant, Heritage Christmas Village Accessory from 1989

Department 56 Heritage Village Accessory "Mail Box/Fire Hydrant ." It was issued in 1989 and retired in 1990 due to unauthorized use of red and blue colors of US Post Office (the newer ones are green and blue.) It has two separate figures. Size: Mail Box 1.5", Fire Hydrant 1". Village accessories enhance the unique charm of the lighted pieces in any display. Designed and sized to coordinate with the Department 56 Villages, these accessories bring a lively feeling of activity to any display. The Mail Box/Fire Hydrant is in good condition for being over 30 years old and has beautiful artwork, colors and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece, includes original box and sleeve (sleeve has wear).
