Derby dress

Strapless teal chiffon layers that sweep to the side have a slimming effect and a hem line that is just as flattering. The closure is a side zip and hook and eye that is easily conquered by just the lucky owner. I wore this to Derby and it was perfect for early Spring/Summer!
