Would this fit a 34DD bust? Is the belt on the waist or up under bust?

@mt74red it’s actually not a belt! It doesn’t go all the way around just in the front but it’s elastic so it stretches. I’m a 34D and it fits me perfectly, it’s actually just a little bit baggy but it does fit comfortably on me.

@graciec816 I'm a size 3/4 usually wear a small dress but I've found the small dresses tend to all look empire waist on me - I really want the elastic/belt to be on the waistline. Can you measure the front from the top of the shoulder over the bust to the elastic/belt?
