Derma Department Harlow Dress

A beautiful, slinky, sheet boned halter dress! New with tags, never worn other than try-on. Hanger straps were removed as they were visible when I was trying on the dress. A small portion of the halter straps are a little ‘smudgy’ from tying tightly, but would not be visible once tied. The actual color is a bit more cream than stark white. I am a size 6 and the dress fits true to size with a little breathing room around the stomach. Original price was $312 + tax.
