No size tag. S-M by measurement: waistband is 12.25" across before stretch 18" across fully stretched. 100% rayon print has lovely drape. Very full gathered skirt perfect for square dance, cowgirl style. Print has blue & cream background with red and yellow flowers, green foliage. Made in USA Pre-owned, no damage or wear. (Altho care tag says dry clean, I cold-water wash these fabrics with gentle detergent.)
