Design History fit and flair dress.

Beautiful fit and flair dress. Soft on the skin and very comfortable and easy to wear with booties, heals or high boots. Fitted from the waist up and then flairs nicely. 3/4 sleeve and pretty neck line. Rich color mixed with black green s extremely flattering. Worn about 4x and then I gained weight and it doesn’t fit any longer.
