Thank you SO much! I LOVE it too just sadly don't attend the kinds of events anymore where I would have occasion to wear it again. All my friends are already married 😯😁 Just waiting for that right person to come along and we'll enjoy it and love it as much as I did! Still in mint condition😀

Since my waist is not a size small any more...I have to ask what appears obvious but don’t want to assume. Is this “dress” a separate skirt and blouse? If so, what is the flat waist measurement please? Hopefully this will help many more potential Posh buyers. 😉 Thank you.

@treasures2luv hi Monica! Yes it's a separate top and skirt. Unfortunately they are in a different physical closet and won't be for sale again until late October. I'm unable to get the measurements until then. So sorry!

@jflittlequail I'm so happy you like it! I've been away from this physical closet for 4 months, just got home yesterday. At my moms for Mother's Day. I will try to remember to measure and get fabric content for you when I return home this evening. I also am pretty sure it's 100% cotton but I will double check. @jflittlequail hi Judith. Just got home from my mom's and went straight to the dress. The waist is exactly 27" as you can see from the photo I added. Material is 100% cotton. It's dry clean only due to the amount of paint on the skirt. The paint is really beautiful, some of it is shiny and it's all applied beautifully! Please let me know if you have any more questions! @jflittlequail so hi again. My husband just helped me measure the skirt all the way around instead of just lying it flat with a tape measure from one end to the other. The true measurement is 28.75" 😊
