Design Lab skater skirt, Lord & Taylor medium

You are looking at an adorable full, swing skater skirt by design lab, size medium, purchased at Lord and Taylor. It has a back zip closure and a high waist. From waste to hem is 17.5 inches. From side to side across the waist is 13.5 inches. I feel like the skirt runs a bit small. Maybe best for someone who normally wears a small. The material is a polyester spandex elastane blend.
