Design Studio Silk ruffled shirt dress

This silk ruffled shirt dress is dark/light teal with grey white and black print. Sleeves roll to quarter length and button above the elbow. Falls below the knee, can be paired with a blazer during the day, or a skinny belt for waist definition. Never worn, still has replacement button attached.
