Design nation cut

Very sophisticated shift, in two delicate layers! A cream sheath peeks behind a charcoal snowflake cut overlay, barely perceptible, until you see its intricate workmanship! Subtle beauty at it's best I did think it might be reversible and was kinda sad it wasn't! Did I entertain diy ways of changing this with scissors and an evil grin? So this might end up being rescue
