Designer Gem Embellished Watercolored Dress

Single strap with fashion gems that come down the front of the dress. No tags for size, material, or make however this is truly a knockout dress. Great party dress. Has an almost ruffled texture down it with fabric. Inside is lined, there is a spot on the lining. Friend got it at an estate sale, I thought it was too cute to toss. Has a couple missing gems and a hole at the base of zipper. I feel too cute to just toss. See photo for measurements. Marked size small for fit. (Tight on mannequin)
