Taffeta-like Polyester High Collar PROM DRESS or Cocktail Dress by designer Lillie Rubin. Size 4. Gorgeous sequin and beaded top. High collar attaches in back of neck with bead-like buttons to form a halter style. Bare back from buttons at neck halfway to waist. (Last photo shows the back of the dress.) The straps shown are just for hanging the dress on a hanger. Hem is above knee. Adjustable 3" wide belt with beaded buckle.. Lined with crinoline-like fabric that makes dress fluff out.
