Designer Lilli Diamond of California,1950’s Glam Maxi Black Skirt Size Small The Lilli Diamond label represented Hollywood glamorous styles and was in production from 1950 - 1964. Lilli Diamond Vintage is highly collected and praised for her marvelously feminine clothing. This amazing skirt is from the 1950s and has been lovingly stored away for three decades. It is an excellent example of the beautiful clothing that was made by the Lilli Diamond brand. It is in fabulous condition, except it has one flaw toward the underside bottom of the skirt. Looks to be a cigarette ash burn. One can only wonder how it got there! Please see the picture. Thankfully, the flaw is not visible on the outside as it’s on the hem underneath. I mention it because it’s there & not because it’s visible. I try to inspect my items very carefully. The waist measures 28 inches The skirt measures 35 inches top to bottom The skirt has two layers with the outside being a gorgeous silk blend with vertical black on black stripes The second layer is a full slip with a 4 inch hem so it will lay beautifully and allow the top layer to swish as you walk or dance!
