yzovich measurements & fabric content? Is it stretchy?

lbl138 @yzovich the sweater is 30” around the chest area. It’s 21”long. It is not stretchy. Not sure what the fabric is. It’s a hand knit made in Russia for Oscar dela Renta. It’s a beautiful sweater but small.
