Designer Simon Chang lightweight coat

This adorable coat/jacket is so versatile. Lightweight and airy. Throw over jeans or dresses. Snap closures. Cute pockets, ruffle collar. Drawstring hem. 3/4 sleeves. Great for packing and travel. It’s wrinkly by design. Not sure of material but very lightweight, almost gauzy. I think it’s rayon…no flaws. 18” sleeves…35 and half length. Non-smoking home. Tags say size 12. I am more like an eight and I wore it. Will fit many gals. Size 8 to size 14.
