Absolutely gorgeous Sue Wong dress. No longer being made. I got it years ago but it never fit me quite right (as you can probably see in the photos. I’m more of a 4p than a true 4. It still has the tags on. I have tried on and worn it to take pictures to model but thats it. Lined with cery soft silky fabric on. The inside. Thick and detailed beading around the entire dress!! Slit down the back to allow easy walking Zipper is in perfect condition and very smooth. Flattering scoop neckline. A one of a kind dress that you can use for prom, preformances, evening wear, and more. Kept safe in closet in one of my gown bags. Smoke free and pet free home

rachelbarker970 Hello! I am also 5'4 and am looking for a Sue Wong formal dress to wear for a black tie wedding. I have another Sue Wong dress that I wore for a bridesmaid dress but the skirt portion of the long dress was chiffon, so it was easier to alter. My question is: If I need to alter the length of the dress, will the design be ruined since it is beaded all over? Thanks!

marissadiehl @rachelbarker970 Hello! Thank tou for your interest! The slit at the bottom is about 1.5 ft long. There is definately a pattern at the bottom but its a repeating pattern and just stops where the fabric ends, so I don’t see why it couldn’t be hemmed. I’d be happy to take more specific pictures for you if you need them^ Thanks again for your interest! Marissa There are three layers to the dress, so they would each have to be hemmed.
