Designer Tie Dye Cocktail Dress

This dress was purchased new from a store that sells excess designer items (UAL if you’re familiar with it) I believe it to be Parker based on the look, but can’t find a stock image to confirm (no tag came on the dress) either way it is beautiful, unique, and very flattering.
