Gorgeous vintage 1970s LANVIN button up blouse in white/cream. Double pocket with flap detail on front of chest. In excellent vintage condition aside from two very small what appear to be rust stains (shown in photos). Made in Romania. 100% Polyester. No size info on tags but measurements are below: Chest: 18” / Length: 26” / Shoulder to Shoulder: 17”
