Designer blouse and skirt set

Designer skirt and blouse. Material is in a pattern and is sheer so as to show whatever you wear underneath. Skirt has thin elastic waist, is fitted to the hips, then flares a bit. Pleat detail on one side going at a slant. Shirt has small black snaps down the front and pocket at either side. It is fitted. Due to the sheer material, it does not have any tags so I do not know the brand name nor the material. Purchased at a high end designer resale store.
