This is a designer garment that can be worn as a tunic or a dress. Beautiful colors. Has pockets. It is a size medium but fits L/ XL. Very stretchy and comfortable material. Cowl neckline. Purchase from an antique store in Sarasota. Worn once. All of my items come from a no pet/no smoking home.
