Designer turquoise and black lace cocktail dress

Gorgeous greenish-blue color and black lace overlay detail. Bought from a private trunk show by the NY designer, Kathlin Argiro Atelier, and only worn once (to prom!). The straps were altered but there is about an inch still there in case you'd like to make them longer. There is a slight discoloring right under the armpit (unnoticeable from the outside though!). Just FYI, it is a relatively short dress, about 25" from the neckline. It’s super unique so no one else will have this dress on!
