Designers Remix Charlotte Eskildsen Sleeveless Silk Dress, Cover up Size Medium

Made of 100% silk and dry clean only. Laying flat measures 20" from pit to pit and 39" from shoulder to hem. Features ruffled front and has a Hidden belt loops. However, I do not have the tie belt that goes to it. Could be worn as a dress or a swimsuit cover up.
