Desigual Black and White Skirt

I don’t recall ever wearing this, maybe only once. Looks brand new in a really nice, thick woven upholstery type fabric, pleated front, deep pockets and it’s fully lined! Too big for me though. Length 19”, waist 28”, hip and sweep 38”. There is also a 6” long vent opening at back hem. Size shows 38 which I think is like a size 4 or 6?
