vivianademeo I posted the measurements. Armpit to armpit with dress laying down is 19.5 inches, but please keep in mind the style is a bit like bat sleeves (see pic of the model). I also posted measurements for under the bra/rib area (about 14) but the material has good stretch. This is from the Desigual website and there is no European size on the tag, so I wouldn’t be able to tell if its 36, 38, etc.

vivianademeo @tree3545 And it is definitely a size S. If you zoom in the tag picture, you could see the small S has a black square background. I hope this helps!
