does this have the feel of a rain jacket, or is it a soft fabric?
are there washing instructions?

@zunnell it’s a very soft feel, not like a plastic rain jacket at all.there are no washing instructions on the tag but I have washed it on cold before and then let it air dry. Hope that’s helpful!
