It has a classic antique style from what I have found it was made in 1996 in the US by Howard Miller it measures 4“ x 5“ it takes a triple AAA battery (not included) alarm tested and works. See video. The pen and case is made of cherry wood made in an unknown country or origin, but made of high-quality wood and built to class. It measures 2“ x 7“. It is a unique charming piece.
