Solid construction with mesh lining. Outside pockets zip closed. One inside pocket. Sleeves have elasticized cuffs with adjustable Velcro closure. Toggled elastic cord at the bottom lets you tighten it to keep out the wind. The toggles themselves are tacked to the jacket to keep them from hanging down. 31.5 inches long from center-back collar. Sleeves 25 inches long from shoulder seam. Shoulders measure 21.5 inches across at top. 26 inches from armpit to armpit.
